🌊 Ice Bath Session at Lakes Entrance This Weekend! ❄️Hey @everyone we will be out in Lakes Entrance with the ice baths again! We’re staying well clear of the jellyfish but still using the lake water to fill the baths, keeping it natural and connected to the elements.
This weekend, we’re focusing on mental clarity. Self-awareness is key, and the ice is a powerful way to tap into the inner depths of clarity. This isn’t just some "hippy woo-woo" thing—this is science.
The cold is often seen as a boundary, something to fear, but in reality, it’s a real-life, tangible hurdle; one we can overcome together.
Best of all, it's FREE! We simply ask that you bring a bag of ice to contribute to the challenge, think of it as the baggage we all carry, a shared test of resilience and community spirit.
We're also raising funds for a 600-litre ice bath and reusable ice cubes to create a more sustainable and cost-effective experience. This helps us reduce waste, cut costs for everyone, and improve our setup for the long term.
