Join us the Saturday before Easter for the Jesus WOD. In honor of Easter and remembering what it represents, we will do the following workout:
14 rounds of (can be done with a partner or scaled in any way necessary):
10 deadlifts (95/65#)
10 squat cleans (95/65#)
10 push press (95/65#)
50 ft walking lunges with barbell on back +
walk back to starting point.
You cannot set the barbell down until rounds 3, 7, and 9, at which time you complete
7 Turkish get-ups with a kettlebell (53/35#)
The workout represents the 14 stations of the cross and the 3 times Jesus fell to the ground.
