Your valid Companion Card must be shown to staff on the event night.
Accessible Car Parking:
There are two accessible car parking spaces in Lower Esplanade.
Access is via Jacka Boulevard through the St Kilda Triangle Car Park.
Guide Dogs:
Guide/support dogs are welcome at the Palais Theatre.

The Palais theatre has a hearing loop available free of charge for patrons with auditory limitations.
Toilets:
Accessible toilets are located on Ground Level and Level 1, next to the venue elevator.

Children's Policy: Children under 2 years of age are admitted for free provided they do not occupy a seat. Please refer to the venue's website FAQ page for more information on bringing young children & babies. Accessible Seating & Companion Card Holder: Accessible seating can be purchased online. Bookings including a Companion Card ticket can only be collected from the Box Office. The Companion Card must be presented upon collection. Resale: Resale Tickets may be available for this event.
