JERRY BARKER is a singer and songwriter living in Muncie, Indiana. Inspired by old-time folk tunes, bluegrass, country & comic writers such as Mark Twain, Barker’s original music combines country music storytelling with absurdist humor and the mythic poetry found in English ballads. THE ONION CUTTERS, consisting of Adam Gors on mandolin, Sophie Buselli on violin, & Michael Cluff on bass, provide an entertaining and energetic backing to Jerry.
AMERICAN BEECH hails from the heartland of Indianapolis, Indiana, and combines many of the most common Midwestern music staples (country, folk, indie, and rock) into their own particular blend of Americana. The band's name, a nod to the stately and resilient American Beech tree, reflects the deep roots and enduring spirit that characterize their music.
