Book Club is a free meet-up that happens quarterly at Jenstar! Book topics will be books that are in the yoga, mindfulness, and self development realm.Our October book is KINTSUGI WELLNESS by Candace Kumai: The Japanese art of Nourishing the mind, body, and spirit. While it kind of looks like a cookbook, the content around Japanese philosophy and traditions are really beautiful, and that is what we will talk about!
Club will be led by Megan Hrubesky on Sunday, October 27th at 11:00am in the studio.
All are welcome to attend for free. You don't have to be an active member to join us. RSVP appreciated so we can anticipate who will all be there.
