Dear Parents and Teachers,
Good news!!! It’s time to sign up for March Science Saturday. This free, fun, hands-on STEM event takes place at IHMC, 15 SE Osceola Ave., on March 8. Students in grades 3 thorugh 7 are invited. This Science Saturday will be led by Dr. Peter Polack of Ocala Eye. He will lead us through hands-on activities to learn about lenses, optics, and the eye.
Please register students in grades 3 and 4 at 9 am and students in grades 5, 6, and 7 at 11 am. Both sessions will be age appropriate, so please be sure to register for the correct time.
The generosity of the season sponsors, Lockheed Martin, the Florida Blue Foundation, Cox, Eleanor and Gary Simons, and Ocala Electric Utility, helps IHMC to offer Science Saturdays free of charge for all attendees.
If there are no tickets left when you register, please click on JOIN WAITLIST and follow the instructions. It’s worthwhile to join the list, as we usually get a number of cancellations before each event.
