On March 29th at 1PM, we’re hosting Jeffrey’s Inaugural Memorial Open Mat. A day of friendship, food, and movement in honor of my brother.Jeffrey didn’t train jiu jitsu, but he was part of the heart behind everything I do. He was my brother. Someone who shaped me, supported me, and influenced the way I show up for this community. His impact lives in this room whether he ever stepped on the mat or not.
This open mat is about bringing people together the way he would’ve loved. Good energy, good food, real connection. It’s about honoring family, remembering what matters, and spending time with the people in front of us.
All academies, friends, and family are welcome.
