To be an effective public hospital, we need to be rooted in the priorities of the communities we serve. We need to hear from you to understand the needs of the region and the solutions that will help create a healthier Jefferson County.
Community listening sessions are an essential part of how Jefferson Healthcare stays connected and shapes our priorities based on your feedback.
Five Listening Sessions Across East Jefferson County
We are hosting five listening sessions across East Jefferson County to allow us to hear from a wide array of folks and ensure that our new strategy will be based on your experiences. These listening sessions will help shape our strategic plan and determine how we work to improve the health of our region.

The information from these listening sessions will be integrated into conversations across the hospital as we develop our next three-year strategic plan. This plan will inform our strategies and priorities over the next few years and will be grounded in what we heard from our communities.
