Join PTMSC for a series of marine science art workshops centered around the unique ecology of the Salish Sea. Explore a variety of different art mediums while learning about whales, invertebrates, and kelp, as well as ongoing conservation projects that you can support. Registration required. Register for one or all workshops in the series. Space is limited.
All tools provided. Classes appropriate for those 13+ but all ages are welcome to attend. We will have other art activities for those younger than 13 - free of charge.
Recommended donation is $20 per person per class. This fee will allow us to cover costs of materials and staff time. We want this series to be accessible to all, so pay what you can. No one turned away for lack of funds.
About Zee Tai: Established in 2024, the ZEE TAI Collective is a dynamic fusion of artist studio and gallery. The name “ZEE TAI,” translating to “Greater Harmony,” encapsulates our mission to cultivate a supportive and collaborative creative environment. Here, artists actively engage in their craft, offering visitors an intimate glimpse into the creative process. This immersive experience transforms a simple visit into a journey through art in the making. Beyond serving as a workspace and gallery, the ZEE TAI Collective extends opportunities to local artists, creatives, curators, and small business entrepreneurs, providing them with storefront space in the heart of Port Townsend.
