Live music, Car Shows. model railroad displays, rail historical presentations will be up and down Historical Commercial Street, Friday May 1st and Saturday May 2nd, 2026 in a once in a lifetime party! Best of all it’s FREE. Bridge lighting Ceremony and Drone Show Friday Night as well as the arrival of the car show parade and live Music by the Missouri State University Jazz Band. Saturday features the actual dedication Ceremony as well as live music, rail displays, City Market and a large car show. This celebration will not be seen on Commercial Street in Springfield Mo again so you will not want to miss it!
