On Saturday, February 21st, we’ll meet at the Nixa Walmart parking lot at 12:00 PM, then cruise together down Highway 160 to Missouri Ridge Distillery & Brewery, located at 7000 State Hwy 248, Branson, MO 65616.
This unique stop is Branson’s only grain-to-bottle distillery and its first brewery, crafting everything in-house — from award-winning whiskies and moonshines to handcrafted beer. During our visit, we’ll enjoy a guided group tour to learn about their process and history, followed by an optional BBQ meal that’s as bold as their spirits.
Their Master Distiller, Greg Pope, has over 40 years of BBQ experience, using a signature dry rub and a sauce made from the post-distillation wash — a creative twist that makes his barbecue unforgettable. As Greg likes to say, “My BBQ is better than yours.”
