Day 1
Groundwork exercises with each group in the morning.
Maximum 4 riders to a group.
Group arena exercises under saddle (or on the ground) for strength, balance, flexibility.
Day 2
Building upon the sessions on Day 1, Jec will continue helping each rider and horse with their exercises.
Day 3
Private sessions for anyone who wishes to have more one-on-one time with Jec.
