� Bus Departure: 9:00 AM sharp
� Return Time: Approximately 6:30 PM

� Food & Activities
JCWA will be organising lunch along with fun games and activities suitable for all age groups.

� Children below 4 years: Free
�� Age 4 and above: $10 per person

To assist with planning for food, transport, and activities, we kindly request you to RSVP at your earliest convenience.

� Volunteers Welcome
To ensure the successful planning and smooth conduct of this event, we invite members to volunteer their time and assistance. Support will be required for event planning, setup and coordination on the day, food arrangements, activities, and general assistance.
Members willing to volunteer are kindly requested to come forward. Your support and participation will be greatly valued and appreciated.
