Emem Udedeh is a public health professional, NHS mental health practitioner and founder of Flourish CIC. A passionate mentor and leader, she has held senior leadership roles across Nigeria and the UK, including CEO of Henemel Nigeria Limited and Business & Community Engagement Director at JCI.
She brings her FLOURISH Framework for grounded leadership, combining emotional intelligence, real-world experience, and powerful insights to help you lead with purpose and impact.
