Artist Bio
EJ Hughes - tenor sax
Having started his professional career at the age of 18, Hughes performed with the Temptations, later having opportunities to play with Sam Rivers RivBea Orchestra, Speech/(Arrested Development), Jennifer Holiday (Dream Girls), and many award winning professional bands while residing in the cities of New York, Orlando, Atlanta, and Singapore.
Timothy Mok - pianist
Forming the Jazz Duet is the eclectic virtuoso, Timothy Mok, a multi-talented musician and composer who seamlessly blends classical, rock, and jazz influences, showcasing his versatility on the piano, bass, drums, and percussion.
At just 20 years old, Timothy is already a seasoned performer with a penchant for jazz. His repertoire spans classical to rock, with accolades in international piano competitions and performances at prestigious venues.
Karena - guest singer
Karena is a singer-songwriter and producer with alt-rnb, pop and fusion influences. She has collaborated with other Singapore-based producers such as KRCKZ in Let Me Go, and on the late XVAN's tribute EP, XVAN, in collaboration with other producers such as evanturetime, Foxela, Brittle Bear, MYRNE and KNIGHTNDAE.
Karena is also one of the top 4 finalists of MediaCorp's SPOPSing SPOP听我唱 2018.

To keep live music going and to support our artists and musicians, there is a minimum spend of $38++ per guest for all Maduro Music evenings.
Your ticket of $38++ includes $38 credits to be used on beverages only and will be used to offset your bill (for beverages only) at the end of the evening.
Live music will begin at 8.30pm.
