HØK is a trio of three young musicians who first came together in 2019. Their shared curiosity and mutual inspiration in exploring fluid, responsive interplay became the foundation of their sound. That very same curiosity, and desire to delve deeper into their musical expression, initially led to a hiatus, as each member pursued studies abroad in different countries. In 2024, they reunited in Denmark and relaunched the band in a new format under the name HØK. The project blends dynamic, intimate jazz with influences from indie folk - offering musical, lyrical, and reflective storytelling drawn from their personal growth and experiences in recent years.
