The “Syzygy Trio” is born from the convergence of two opposing forces. On one side, theshared desire of the three musicians, who are constantly drawn toward making music togetherby an extraordinary affinity and common sensibilities. On the other side, a powerful force ofnature, driven by a higher being, determined to prevent this trio from ever comingtogether. Perpetual postponements—caused by scheduling conflicts or sudden cancellationsdue to double bookings, illness, and countless other factors beyond their control—standbetween them and the act of sitting down in the same room with playable instruments.
The good news is that with every cancellation, every futile attempt to convene, the musicwithin the trio grows more alive, building energy like a pressure cooker—or, for an even moredramatic image, a supernova.
