Kenneth C. Gooding, known as "KC," holds the esteemed position of Chief Marketing Officer at Jaywalker, where he plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization's strategic direction and fostering key partnerships. As a member of the senior leadership team, KC oversees various aspects of Jaywalker's operations, including brand development, clinical outreach, admissions, marketing, and alumni relations.

With a wealth of experience in the addiction treatment industry, KC has held notable positions in national organizations such as 449 Recovery in Mission Viejo, California, New Method Wellness in San Juan Capistrano, California, and Burning Tree Programs in Dallas, Texas. In these roles, he served as a brand ambassador, executive-level admissions counselor, family support specialist, and professional relations manager. KC's expertise extends to event management, as he has successfully created and promoted large-scale events within the behavioral health field, including the Recovery Open, Recovery Cup, and the Winter Leadership Summit.

Beyond his professional achievements, KC is deeply committed to advocacy efforts within the addiction treatment industry. He has served as a state captain for multiple advocacy initiatives in California and Washington, D.C., and actively participates in committees such as the NAADAC public policy committee and the NAATP membership committee. As a dedicated advocate, KC coordinates legislative involvement at the local, state, and national levels, championing the needs of our communities, families, and nation.

In his personal life, KC embraces the outdoor lifestyle afforded by living in the Roaring Fork Valley, indulging in his passions for golfing and skiing. He resides in Carbondale with his wife Haley and their dog Sparty, named after his beloved Michigan State University Spartans. With his multifaceted expertise, unwavering dedication to advocacy, and passion for outdoor recreation, KC embodies the values and spirit of Jaywalker.
