This Las Vegas raised comedian has single handedly captured the likes of millions after winning Bill Bellamys Whos Got Jokes? His triumph on Whos Got Jokes? landed him his own comedy special L.M.A.O. On the TvONE network. Jay was also on The Ladies Night Out Tour as well as starred in Showtimes highly anticipated comedy special Ladies Night Out Comedy Special.
