About this Event

Come and join Sam and Jack in air conditioned comfort at the Auditorium (next to Library/opposite Planetarium entrance) for an hour of pure restoration.

You'll experience:

  • Gentle somatic movement to release tension
  • Therapeutic holotropic breathwork to expand awareness
  • Sound healing frequencies to soothe the nervous system
  • Reiki energy balancing to restore inner harmony
  • Guided mindful meditation to anchor presence
  • Calming ambient sound & healing garden atmosphere

WHAT PEOPLE EXPERIENCE:

FACILITATORS:

Sam Wright Experienced sound and energy healing practitioner, and yoga teacher specialising in fascia release and nervous system regulation. Sam has been facilitating sound baths and guided meditations in Brisbane for several years, creating deeply integrative experiences that allow the body to settle and restore.



EVENT DETAILS:

📍 Auditorium, Mt Coot-tha Botanical Gardens, Toowong, Brisbane, Australia; opposite Planetarium entrance & next to Library (easy on-site parking)

📅 We endeavour to create a fortnightly event, however sometimes the Auditorium has limited availability

🕐 10am - 11am

👥 Limited to 30 people


What to bring:

Comfortable clothes

Water bottle

Optional eye mask, cushion, light blanket

Mat

Chair (if you don't want to lie down)
