Join Twin Cities GRC for this amazing seminar opportunity!Jas Whiting, owner of Prime Canine in Australia, is coming to the TC Metro for a do not miss, 3 day dog training seminar! This seminar will be beneficial to all dog trainers and handlers, regardless of sport or club affiliation. Jas will focus on Windows of Opportunity, Architecture of Play, and Session Planning.
Jas Whiting has a multifaceted background in dog training, making her experience and expertise beneficial for all trainers and competitors. Jas has earned her name as the first female qualified PSA decoy in Australia. She has worked closely with other well-known trainers such as Pat Stuart and Jay Jack and has become a powerhouse in the GRC space. She helped grow the sport of GRC and advanced through all levels of the SR tests as well as became a judge and Judge mentor. Jas also served in the Australian army for 6 years, after her discharge, she raised and trained her PTSD assistance dog, Jenta. Jenta was not your typical dog suited for assistance work and had to overcome some challenges, this is where Jas began her dog training and handling journey, which contributed to her strength as a dog trainer. As Jas’ dog training journey has progressed, she transitioned from working with pet dogs to mostly sport and working canines. Jas currently raises puppies for law enforcement/ military. If you are involved in training or sports, this seminar will help you fine tune your play and engagement, which can lead to success both on and off the field.
