Join us for a special collaboration between Chef Audrey, former chef at the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Sketch and now seafood chef at The Sea, The Sea, and Look Left by YUGU Cafe & Wine Bar.
This exclusive evening celebrates the winter delicacy Japanese Yellowtail (Buri) — prepared the Korean way. Chef Audrey will bring in her dry-aged yellowtail and perform a live filleting at the counter, offering guests a rare behind-the-scenes culinary experience.
In Korea, yellowtail sashimi is enjoyed with sushi rice, seaweed, and aged kimchi. Our menu reinterprets this traditional pairing with a contemporary twist:
