Handcrafted Tradition:Experience the traditional art of "Tsumami-zaiku", preserving the essence of traditional Japanese craft. Each flower is meticulously crafted from upcycled yukata fabric that are produced with the 300 year-old traditional technique of "Chusen Dyeing" from Sakai, Osaka
Unique and Eco-Friendly:Our kit features small fabric pieces obtained from the colourful yukata textile, blending modern design with traditional techniques. Every piece tells a story, allowing you to create a one-of-a-kind pair of beautiful and elegant earrings.

This exclusive, unique and precious Japanese craft is specially curated in-house as part of holistic wellness and healing therapy. It's a pity and wasteful to discard these beautiful fabric and let's make the beautiful fabrics accessories together with this special technique and Japanese fabric used are of slight defects, according to the "Chusen Dyeing" tradition of Sakai. But when cut up into smaller pieces, and carefully, patiently glued together to form the beautiful flowers, the fabrics are given a new lease of life!

Tomoko Ota is a passionate advocate for traditional Japanese crafts and handmade goods from Sakai City in Osaka, Japan. With over 25 years of experience in the corporate world, she transitioned her lifelong hobby into a business venture, focusing on Tsumami-zaiku, a traditional Japanese craft using upcycled yukata fabric and she aims to share the beauty of Japanese craftsmanship with the world.
