About the workshop:
This spring-themed session offers a gentle, art-therapy-inspired introduction to Ikebana, focusing on presence, observation, and creative flow.
You will experience:
- A calming introduction to Ikebana principles: balance, line, space, and harmony
- Hands-on creation of your own Ikebana arrangement using seasonal spring flowers
- A slow, mindful creative process designed to support relaxation and emotional reset
- Personal guidance throughout the session in a supportive, quiet environment
- Professional photos of your creative process and finished work, included in the workshop fee
