- Simple kombu dashi stock w/ matsutake option
- Choosing, preparing & arranging your platter ingredients in style!
- Thinly sliced meats and proteins for all tastes
- Specialty veggies, tofu & noodles
- Making dipping sauces that pop with flavour
- Hot rice, green tea, and of course sweets, TBD
*Shabu shabu is a light broth hotpot to be cooked and eaten at the table using little baskets to add to, then remove foods from the cooking stock.
