We’ll begin with a grounding meditation before moving into step-by-step guidance on how to work with your mala, choose a mantra that resonates with your heart, and create a personal daily ritual. This experience is designed to ease stress, enhance clarity, and strengthen your connection to inner stillness.
Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your spiritual practice, this workshop offers a nurturing space to connect with yourself, your breath, and your intentions.
