You are very welcome to join our first Work Day of 2026 starting at 10am on Saturday 31st January. We will meet at the mini-roundabout at the end of Bankside. We will then walk up the Bridleway towards the golf course crossing. Following on from the TCV and several volunteers from the Friends undertaking further coppicing earlier this month and we now have lots of cuttings with which to make dead-hedges.Please be aware that the Hurst is currently very muddy and slippery, so make sure you have sturdy footwear.
All tools will be provided but please bring a drink and/or snack if you feel you need them and always wear appropriate shoes and clothes.
