CROSSNGYM is a rapidly expanding, faith-fueled fitness movement on a mission to train and empower people in mind, body, and spirit.
Community is part of our identity, and our flagship event, Workout Worship, is a vibrant space where men and women come together to exercise, grow, and worship through fitness.
This January we're starting the year strong with our high-impact, exciting workshop open to all fitness levels.
Expect a powerful fusion of bodyweight workouts led by an incredible lineup of instructors, and a live DJ to bring the vibes -- giving everything from gospel afrobeats, amapiano, and worship remixes.
