These practices help you arrive fully, creating space for the body to soften and the mind to quiet.
As the Sound Bath unfolds, the vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, and sacred instruments move through you, supporting release, balance, and deep rest.
Every journey is unique — you may feel clarity, emotional release, grounding, or simply a profound sense of stillness.

Sound baths are not suitable for anyone in their 1st trimester of pregnancy, if you have sound induced epilepsy, a pacemaker, a weak heart, metal, or stents in your brain …severe chronic depression, sensitive hearing, for under 12’s, please ask …. If you are unsure, please seek medical advice.
If you are booking for someone else, please let them know about the contraindications listed above to make sure it is suitable.
