On **SATURDAY**, January 25th from 2:00-3:30pm we’re hosting the next Women's Open Mat at Octagon MMA & Krav Maga in Greensboro, NC! Women are invited to attend for free and encouraged to bring friends or relatives who are interested. All ages and skill levels are welcome-- there's always something to learn no matter where you're at. If you want to get some gi rolls in, feel free to bring yours, but this one will be mostly no gi! (I know the gi group photo is misleading lol but we like to include the previous open mat's group photo in the banner :P )
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
-if you have never trained at Octagon before, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a waiver form
-bring slip-on shoes and water
-this will be a women-only event whether you're participating on the mats or only watching, so please plan accordingly with spouses, partners, children, or other dependents
