January Mindfulness: The Land Sleeps, The Land Wakes
Where: Meet at the Gateway to the Headlands Main parking lot at 10am
Bring: Layers, yoga mat or something to sit on, snacks and water
In this meditation session we will discuss how our seasons differ from other places in the US and why our native plants experience the most growth in late winter and early spring. Plan for a walk of up to 2.5-3 miles total through varied terrain. We will practice guided mindfulness throughout our walk and have a 30 min +/- seated meditation in a special location. This event will last for 3 hours and is beginner friendly.
