HR professionals are often at the forefront of navigating organizational change and employee engagement challenges. This session will explore two powerful frameworks—the Vessel Model of Leadership and the Five Essential States of Leadership—to help HR professionals embrace purpose-driven leadership in the face of challenges. Participants will reflect on their WHY and sense of purpose through the Vessel Model, while the Five Essential States—awareness, acceptance, abundance, authenticity, and appreciation—will provide a foundation for developing a more impactful leadership style. Attendees will leave with actionable tools to apply these frameworks in their leadership approach, improving employee engagement and driving organizational results.Learning Objectives:
1. Explore the Models: Examine the Victim, Victor, and Vessel leadership styles and explore how HR professionals can shift toward the Vessel model to lead with greater purpose, clarity, and compassion. Also explore how the Five Essential States (Awareness, Acceptance, Abundance, Authenticity, and Appreciation) serve as a foundation for vessel leadership.
2. Apply the Vessel Model and the Five Essential States of Leadership: Engage in interactive activities to explore how both the Vessel Model and the Five Essential States can be practically applied to HR leadership, with a focus on improving communication, team dynamics, and organizational culture.
3. Translate Leadership Principles into Organizational Impact: Discover how integrating the Vessel Model and the Five Essential States can lead to measurable improvements in employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
