Lucky us, we're having TWO callers for our first dance of the new year! Luke Schoppert and Megan Toomey, two new callers, will tag team calling to the Gooseberries duo, who are Rich Dodson - fiddle and tenor banjo, and Jill Smith - keyboard. Luke and Megan will teach a new dancer lesson at 6:30 and then the dance will run from 7:00 - 10:00 with a break in the middle capped by a waltz, and also a waltz at the end. Luke and Megan will teach each dance and call the figures throughout. No experience needed. No special dance skills are needed either; it's all walking steps. This is perfect for beginners and klutzes alike. At the break we'll have announcements of further dances as well as snacks which you can bring to share. Admission
Cost: sliding scale $12 to $20+ as you are able.
Children 13 or younger dance FREE!
