About this Event
Join yoga teacher, Maggie Mowery, for an hour-long yoga class, which touches base on the idea that spending time with plants, and in green spaces, can be a part of your wellness journey. Session will include breath awareness, gentle movements and a guided meditation. Maggie specializes in beginner-friendly & accessible, alignment-based yoga. This class will be well-suited for those who are new to yoga, as well as those who are seasoned yogis.
When not on a yoga mat, Maggie loves to paint, sculpt in clay, be in nature or her garden, and spend time with loved ones. She and her partner regularly volunteer at Lancaster Farm Sanctuary in Mount Joy, PA.
