About this Event
Join our monthly breathwork group meetup where the agenda is:
-arrive and introduce ourselves, optionally share what we hope to get from this session such as mental clarity, peace, increased physical energy, stress-reduction
-lay down on our backs (yoga mats, blankets and bolsters provided) for 60 minutes of guided focused breathing. I will offer assistance any time you need help with the technique. Music in the background helps us keep a nice tempo and supports the ambiance. Doing breathwork in a group is helpful if you tend to fall asleep or get distracted when you meditate by yourself.
-we finish our breathwork session with time for you to ground yourself, collect any insights you may have gained and journal them and/or choose to share with the group.
Connect with others in a safe and supportive environment as you explore the benefits of conscious breathing. Whether you're new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, this event is open to all. Come as you are. :)
