Join us for an immersive evening of sound healing focused on the Solar Plexus Chakra — the energy center of personal power, confidence, and transformation. Through the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, and other sacred instruments, you’ll be guided into a space of empowerment, clarity, and energetic renewal.

When balanced, the Solar Plexus Chakra radiates inner strength, motivation, and self-assurance. This sound journey will help release self-doubt, clear stagnant energy, and reignite your inner fire inspiring you to move forward with confidence, purpose, and vibrant vitality.
Please bring:
A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
A blanket(s) and pillow(s) for warmth and support
Water bottle
Journal and an open heart
What we will be doing:
• Opening Chakra Talk – A brief, insightful introduction to the Solar Plexus Chakra: its emotional and energetic role, signs of imbalance, and ways to restore harmony
• Guided Meditation & Breathwork – Grounding practices to settle the nervous system and prepare the body for sound healing
• Intentional Sound Bath – A rich tapestry of tones using crystal bowls, drums, chimes, and other instruments—each played with the intention of supporting Sacral Chakra alignment
• Group Resonance – Shared energy amplifies healing; feel supported by the collective field
• Integration & Reflection – Gentle closing with optional journaling, tea, or quiet space to absorb the journey
You will be here the sounds and vibrations from brass singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and more.
Each first Tuesday of the month; 6pm to 8pm; $37/person at 2041 Harvey Ave (upstairs in the Apple Blossom Room at the Kelowna Event Centre).
