Hosted by the Southern Interior Construction Association, the CCO Conference is a 1.5-day event bringing together Contractors, Consultants, and Owners from across the Southern Interior construction industry.

Now celebrating its 25th year, the CCO Conference is dedicated to fostering open, transparent dialogue between all parties involved in construction projects. By understanding each other’s challenges and perspectives, we can build stronger partnerships and create more efficient, collaborative project outcomes.

This year’s conference will feature expert-led sessions that dive into the industry’s most pressing challenges and emerging opportunities. This in person “Owners Only” session equips public-sector owners, evaluators, and procurement teams with the tools needed to run fair, transparent, and defensible RFP processes. Tailored for government agencies, project managers, procurement professionals, and consultants who support owners, this workshop distills what matters most in evaluation, documentation, and post-award communication.
Participants learn how to recognize and mitigate evaluator bias, strengthen alignment between RFP instructions and scoring, and ensure procurement decisions can be clearly justified and confidently communicated to the market.
