Join Arlington Republicans for our most important organizational meeting in a generation on Saturday, January 11th, from 9am until 1pm. (Location TBA)Arlington Republicans will gather to:
1. Professionalize our Volunteer Efforts: If you would like to serve as a volunteer coordinator or assist in the ongoing care and maintenance of our volunteer operation, this will be of interest to you.
2. Professionalize our Precinct Operations: If you would like to take additional ownership of your precinct/collaborate across precincts, this is for you.
3. Discuss Candidate Recruitment for 2025: Arlington Republicans will absolutely have candidates for House of Delegates, County Board, and School Board this year. I need you to consider stepping up to run for one of these offices.
4. Build out our Policy Team: This is another aspect of the Committee that we must build out -- a team who can analyze local policy issues and articulate a Republican viewpoint, so we can wade into these issues from time to time.
5. Launch a very exciting multi-year effort: An issue dropped into our lap over the last few days that will allow us to drive a strong narrative at the local level year-over-year for the next few years. I will have more information about this on January 11th.
