Kickstart your Saturday with a 60-minute yoga session led by Jyoti Dhibi from Good Vibes Yoga. Each class is tailored to a unique monthly theme—like Ayurveda, digestion, or seasonal wellness—to help you connect more deeply with your body and enhance your overall well-being.
Following the yoga practice, head to the kitchen with Cookology’s skilled chefs for a hands-on cooking class. Learn to prepare a delicious, healthy meal inspired by the theme of the month. Whether it's mastering Ayurvedic cooking techniques, creating digestion-friendly dishes, or whipping up mood-boosting recipes, each class will guide you through crafting a menu that aligns with your wellness goals.

Seasonal Wellness: Align your practice with the seasons and learn how to support your body through seasonal changes. Practice a yoga session tailored to the current season’s energy, followed by a cooking class focused on seasonal ingredients and flavors to help you stay balanced all year round.

Classes are approximately 2 hours
Price is per person, and unfortunately, Sawyer is limited in its ability to register multiple adults for a single class. So, if you would like to register another adult for this class, you must sign them up as your child. Simply choose "ADD CHILD” and enter your guests name and a birthday. This will allow you to register another participant. Price is per person, so it will add the additional cost for the seat. Or you can have your guest(s) create an account and register themselves separately.
