January is a blank page, a new chapter waiting to be written. This is the perfect time to stop being a side character in your own life and start harnessing your "Main Character Energy." But what does that really mean?
It means moving from a passive observer to the active author of your days. It’s about defining your own plot, setting intentional scenes, and showing up with purpose, confidence, and a clear sense of self. It’s about writing a story for the coming year that you are genuinely excited to live.
Join Cassandra Stark, author and creator of The BeMo Practice, for a powerful guided journaling circle to set the narrative for your year ahead. We will move beyond fleeting resolutions to build a deep, authentic foundation for a year where you are the protagonist.
✨ What You’ll Experience
Grounded Teaching: Cassandra Stark will guide you on how to practically define and embody your "Main Character Energy" for an intentional and fulfilling year.
Gentle Breath + Clearing: We begin by clearing the slate, releasing the weight of last year, and creating space for a new story to emerge. Quiet presence is always full participation.
Guided Writing to Author Your Year: You'll be led through powerful prompts designed to help you identify your core desires, set meaningful intentions, and write the opening scenes of your 2025 narrative. This isn’t about perfect writing—it’s about honest writing.
Reflection + Support: We end with space to integrate our insights and anchor our intentions, surrounded by a community of fellow main characters ready to cheer each other on.

🎟️ What To Bring
If you have one, bring your BeMo Journal. If you want one, 1974 Bookstore will have journals available for purchase. If not, any notebook will do.
Bring your own pillows, blankets, or whatever you want to feel comfortable and cozy while writing through ~90 minutes of practice. We will have some chairs and comfy areas provided, but you are welcome to sit anywhere with your own goodies.
