Howdie folks! We are planning on doing open air practices at GTC every other Tuesday this winter. We are going to try it out this month and see how things go! Time: 8:00-9:30 PM
Cost: $15 per person (paid to GTC)
Keara and Karson are hosting an open practice air steps session twice this January.
Come with specific steps to work on, and be prepared to work! Safety and spotting are number one priority and we will be doing a run down at the beginning for folks who need a review.
Having a set air partner can be helpful for training sake, however, we plan to rotate partners as folks are willing and comfortable.
Bring your own water! Athletic clothing and shoes recommended.
