There will be guided paddle tours, live music, children's activities, a campfire and live music. Plus for those experienced paddlers, the island circumnavigation or "Janes Island Challenge" is back for 2026.
Event is FREE, however registration is required to allow us to properly plan for the event and it gives us an idea of participation as well as communicate Paddlefest information as it becomes available. You are encouraged to bring your own boat. The park has a limited number of rental boats available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Anyone who wishes to camp at Janes Island State Park, reservations can be made online at parkreservations.maryland.gov or by calling 1-888-432-2267.
