We begin with the Healing Circle, including guided meditation, intention setting, and group Reiki and intuitive healing energy. This creates a safe and heart-led space for connection, reflection, and gentle emotional release.
🎶 We then close with a Sacred Sound Bath, using gongs and sound to anchor, integrate, and settle the healing work, supporting balance, grounding, and renewal.
✨ This session is suitable for all — no experience needed.
✨ A welcoming, community-focused space for rest, healing, and connection.
🕯 What to expect:
• Healing circle with guided meditation and energy work
• Giving and receiving healing in community
• Sacred Sound Bath to close and integrate
🧘 What to bring:
Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and anything you need to feel warm and comfortable.
Mats are available, and you’re very welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
