Making homemade jams and jellies can be very rewarding and fun, too. You’ll learn the basics of jams, jellies, preserves, conserves, and marmalades. There will be food to sample in class, and everyone will have a jar of preserves to take home.Bring take-home containers!
Food fee: $10 payable in cash to the instructor the evening of class.
Mentor Resident: $20 / Nonresident: $24
