👩👩👧👦Un espace de jeu aussi pour les familles…Les enfants sont bienvenu.es dans la fête ! Les ateliers auront une forme qui leur demandera des petits moments de silence, mais aussi des instants ou ils pourront s'exprimer pleinement !
—Cercle de Cacao avec AHAWA—
Nous partagerons du Cacao cru, dit “Cérémoniel”, une pâte de cacao de grande qualité (c'est pas du chocolat!) qui se consomme traditionnellement en boisson chaude. Il a des vertus nutritives et curatives extraordinaire. Dite "Médecine du cœur", le cacao nourris le corps et l'ésprit, donnant une grande énergie, notamment par la "Théobromine", une molécule du bonheur qui désinhibe et accompagne très bien les moments convivial de chants et de danse !
AHAWA est un duo de musiciens en résidence artisitque au moulin d'abondance. Ils accompagnerons le cacao en nous partageant leurs chants doux et profond. Une occasion merveilleuse de décourvire se couple inspirant et créatife.Ils feront la transition entre le cercle et la Jam.

La “mise en corps" (embodyment) est une pratique somatique qui vous invite à explorer votre corps à travers des exercices variés. Balayant un spectre large de mouvements pour simplement se sentir libre de bouger et danser pleinement. Pratiquées seules, en groupe ou en duo, les “mises en corps” ont pour intension de vous encrer avec confiance dans votre corps tout en connectant avec le groupe.

💫Pour cette édition, la première partie de la jam sera guidée par l'intesion d'accompagner le public dans un voyage dansé !Pour celà nous inviterons des musiciens.nes qui sont venu durant les évènements “Jam'n'Dance” pour s'accroder ensemble et créer un instant de “danse extatique".💫Les Jam Sessions sont des espaces de création spontanée dans le son et la musique. Ouvert aux novices, amateur.ices et professionnel.les. L'invitation est la liberté d'expression et la co-création. Amenez donc vos instruments et vos voix, ou bien essayez les instruments que nous mettons à disposition.
L'écoute de l'autre et de nos propres sons sont les qualités recherchées. Jouer ensemble, rencontrer, partager, découvrir, sont les expériences proposées.

✨ Jam'n'Dance is an invitation to creativity in music and movement.The idea is to meet each other with our bodies, our voices, and our instruments to express our inner child. Playing together in the present moment—for an evening or a full weekend.
✨ You are free to fully participate in the offerings, or simply come to observe, listen, feel, and enjoy.
👩👩👧👦 A playful space for families too…Children are welcome at the celebration! The workshops will include short moments of silence, as well as moments where they can fully express themselves.
—Cacao Circle with AHAWA—
We will share raw cocoa, known as “Cérémoniel”, a high quality cocoa paste (it's not chocolate!) which is traditionally consumed as a hot drink. It has extraordinary nutritional and curative properties. Known as "Medicine of the heart", cocoa nourishes the body and mind, giving great energy, notably through "Theobromine", a molecule of happiness which disinhibits and accompanies friendly moments of singing and dancing very well!
AHAWA is a duo of musicians in artistic residence at the Moulin d'Abundance. They will accompany the cocoa by sharing their sweet and deep songs with us. A wonderful opportunity to discover an inspiring and creative couple.They will make the transition between the circle and the Jam.

“bodybuilding" (embodyment) is a somatic practice that invites you to explore your body through various exercises. Sweeping a wide spectrum of movement to simply feel free to move and dance fully. Practiced alone, in a group or in a duo, the “mise en corps” aim to anchor you with confidence in your body while connecting with the group.

Jam Sessions are spaces for spontaneous creation in sound and music. Open to novices, amateurs and professionals.les. The invitation is freedom of expression and co-creation. So bring your instruments and your voices, or try the instruments that we provide.
Listening to others and our own sounds are the qualities sought. Playing together, meeting, sharing, discovering, are the experiences offered.
