Our fun, funky hip-hop dance workout is designed to give you a power-packed, full-body workout while you turn up to energizing beats, laughter, and dance. You'll be drawn into a sweat-filled explosion of fun. Our classes are perfect for all levels, and you won't even realize you're working out! Come thru and get CRUNK!
