Mom, You're Building A CathedralMothering, much like cathedral building, is long-game work. Your efforts will rarely be seen, acknowledged, or celebrated by the world. But the outcome will live on long past you. By looking at the history and architecture of some of the world’s most famous cathedrals we’ll learn how to build something that will outlast us, create a legacy of faith for generations and generations to come; work as unto the Lord, mothering well not for the praise of men, but for the glory of God; cling to our purpose even on the hard days so we can build with joy; and remember, even when no one else sees, God does.
Join us as we welcome Jamie Erickson to Place of Grace. Jamie can be found encouraging and equipping a growing tribe of mothers all across the globe on the Mom to Mom Podcast, through her blog The Unlikely Homeschool, at national conferences, and in her books Overwhelmed Mom, Holy Hygge, and Homeschool Bravely. Founder of the Biblio-files, a kid-lit vetting community, she has a passion for placing clean and captivating fiction into the hands of young readers. She’s been married to her college sweetheart for over twenty-three years. Together, they’re raising and launching their five second-generation homeschooled kids along the shores of Lake Superior in Minnesota.
