James has been with us for the last few years and has become a valued member of our catering student community. He even represented Sunderland College at the Seafood of the Year competition in Grimsby, placing 3rd alongside his colleague ?? — a fantastic achievement!
The menu is still under construction, but an exciting rough draft is now available ?????. Please note that this may change slightly as James continues to experiment and perfect each dish — bringing his Italian-inspired vision to life! ????
