Jamaica Q Unwind - A Wellness Experience with I Am Yogi Studios
Join us in person at Greater nexus for Jamaica Q Unwind, a wellness event in collaboration with I Am Yogi Studios as part of the journey toward the Jamaica Q 5K.
This event is the first in a wellness series leading up to the 2026 race, focused on supporting community health and helping participants prepare their bodies for race day.
Participants will experience a strength-building Vinyasa yoga flow designed to improve flexibility, build endurance, and support overall wellness. Through mindful movement and breath, this session will help you reset, strengthen your body, and prepare mentally and physically for the road ahead.
The session will be led by Lisa Robertson, owner and founder of I Am Yogi Studios, and is open to all levels.
Join us as we begin the journey toward the 2026 Jamaica Q 5K.
