Kelly Caisse from KDCrop Farms will present an on-site cooking demonstration on how to make a shelf stable jarred jam from fresh or frozen berries. Participants will learn about the problems of setting, foam, and preserving the fruit for later use and eating. Other preserving methods like dehydration and freezing will also be demonstrated.
